How Can Winter Inspire Your Inner Genius?
The darkness of the winter season brings an opportunity to reflect on your life’s journey by taking a closer look at who you are – underneath the layers of life. It’s a great time to turn within and write about your innermost thoughts, feelings, and desires.
By looking for the “light” – and knowing that it’s there, somewhere, waiting to be discovered – you can reach a place where your personal reflection begins to shed its own light.
It’s a time to ponder where you’ve been, how you got to where you are now – and where to go from here. It’s an opportunity to explore new ways of thinking and to prepare for a new path of travel. It also marks an ideal time for connecting with your inner self and your true heart’s desire.
- How will your “inner genius” be inspired by the darkness of winter?
- What has come to its natural end – that you need to make peace with as you gently let it go?
- What do you need to release in order to manifest beautiful new beginnings?
- What magic will be created within you – as you move through the winter season and into spring?
- How will your special magic be expressed externally – and brought into springtime’s full bloom?
These are great questions to explore in the winter season – a time of rich reflection, introspection, renewal, healing, connection, and a thirst for all that is light.
There are so many gifts wrapped up in the season of winter – with the capacity to uncover the depths of our soul, bringing us closer to our own light – both inner and outer.
As world-renowned artist, Vincent Van Gogh once proclaimed, “Let us love winter, for it is the spring of genius.”
Mother Nature knows that a certain amount of darkness is always needed in order to see – and to truly appreciate – the “light” of possibility.
It’s often at the darkest point in any process that you have the insight you need to see your situation from a new perspective. These new insights open the door to new ideas, solutions, and directions.
Imagine having a heightened awareness of your own winter miracles as you move into 2017 with grace, ease, and a deep appreciation for all that you are!
Come join me for my annual Winter Solstice Virtual Retreat – where we’ll be connecting with those lighter parts of who you are by sorting through what might be feeling dark for you in this moment.
We’ll get clear on what it is you’re ready to let go of – and making room for something new to enter as we create a 2017 vision that feels inspiring and inviting, both personally and professionally.
We’ll open our sacred circle on Monday, December 19th – as we begin exploring the meaning of a Winter Solstice and the magic it can bring into our lives. We’ll also be tapping into the gifts of a full moon phase – and how we can carry them into the New Year as we design a vision that allows our creative and intuitive gifts to flourish.
The Winter Solstice always brings a soulful, reflective energy that’s perfect for journal writing, visual mapping, and engaging in a deeper relationship with self. So it’s a perfect time to treat yourself to an intimate retreat experience.
You’ll be guided through a visioning process that will begin with the Winter Solstice – as you’re gently led through a powerful new moon phase – where you’ll begin to create a personal and professional vision that will be released into the universe with the first full moon of 2017.
This process has three parts:
- Grieving – and Letting Go of What Was
- Surrendering – and Making Peace with What Is
- Visioning – and Giving Birth to a New Dream
It will be a magical 28-day experience that will take place exclusively in a online forum – where you’ll have access to journaling prompts, pre-recorded visualizations, and an assortment of beautiful supporting materials. Our virtual space will be available to you 24/7, so you can come and go as you please over the duration of our virtual retreat (which will wrap up on Sunday, January 15th).
To register, just click on the button below. Once your payment has been received, you’ll receive a welcome message with more details about the retreat.
Come celebrate the magic of the winter season and begin creating your own winter miracles – just in time for a brand-new year!
