Opening the Door to a Creative and Juicy Life
On a recent winter evening walk, I couldn’t help but take in the beauty of our lunar goddess as she began to make her way out of darkness and into her first sliver of light. It was a glorious sight! It was just enough light to see the definition of the moon in the night sky, bringing her out of complete darkness – but not quite enough light for the waxing crescent phase. It reminded me of those many times in my life, when I would peek my head out of that place of “not knowing” into the light of possibility. Getting a glimpse of the light, both inner and outer, always stirred an excitement within me. This is the beauty of the waxing crescent moon phase – a peek at what’s…

Using Vulnerability as a Measure of Courage
Being a spiritual artist involves taking creative risks. We’re often putting ourselves out there for the world to see – through our words, our art, and our creative endeavors. Some will love our work while others may not. But that’s okay. We’re not here to please everyone. We’re here to serve our creative purpose in the best way we can – through the divine gifts we’ve been given. And in serving our purpose, we’re often relying on the strength of our vulnerability. It’s a perfect time to contemplate the impact of your life purpose legacy. And because this will be the second full moon this month, it’s technically a “blue moon” which brings an energy of celebration. Blue moons are really special. They don’t happen every year. It’s why people say “once in a blue moon.” It’s a phrase that’s used to describe the rarity of an event or to refer to something that is considered “unusual” or“unique.” And from a spiritual perspective, this moon phase…

Giving Courage to Your Inner Voice
Imagine picking up the cosmic phone and scheduling an appointment with your Inner Goddess to discuss the next steps in bringing a dream to fruition. During a full moon phase, the lines are clear – so feel free to ask for what it is you need and desire. The Full Moon gives us the courage to bring our true voice to the forefront. It gives us the ability to believe in the power of our own authenticity. Take a moment to think about your “life story.” How has it played out – up to this point? Where you encouraged to take risks? Or were you told to “play it safe” – always making comfortable, practical choices? Was your voice heard and received with love and respect – making you feel like your…
