How Will the Full Flower Moon Inspire You?

Full Moon - FlowerThis week brings a very powerful full moon phase in the astrological sign of Scorpio.

This is the most intense sign of the zodiac – and when it coincides with a full moon, it brings us an opportunity to break free from old patterns and begin claiming the life that we REALLY want.

So be prepared for the intensity!

This full moon is also known as the Full Flower Moon, inspiring an “inner blooming” that will transcend into every part of your life.

This “ripple effect” has the potential to change your life in big and dramatic ways that are quite magical!

It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by well-known journal writer and novelist, Anais Nin.

Anais Nin - Blossom - Purple

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud became more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

What intentions are being unearthed in you – bringing you to the Flower Moon’s bloom?

This is a great question to ponder in your journal as we prepare to dance with the intensity of this Scorpio Full Moon.

From out of the hidden dark, you’ll get a glimpse of your soul’s true face – when all that’s churning below the radar comes to the surface. It’s a lunar peak when buried emotions literally take on a life of their own.

This sets the stage for intense change – and opens the door to healing at the deepest level.

The Full Moon in Scorpio can realign us to the essence of things. It’s a hopeful moon for those ready to face fears – and welcome big and total change.

If you‘ve been stagnating and feeling lost, here’s a chance to release what’s already dead – or in the process of dying.

This kind of change happens at the soul level, the kind that comes from facing your core fears.

So where is it that you are ready and willing to experience intense change?

According to this full moon – the relief, the answer, the solution begins with an examination of self. This may entail changing the way you process information and interact with others – or it may be a change in your own internal dialogue.

What will you be bringing into bloom in the light of this Full Flower Moon?

You can bring this question – and many others – to next month’s Moonlight Journaling Retreat where we’ll be dabbling with 18 different journal writing prompts as we journey through the moon phases during a real-time 28-day lunar cycle.

Awesome post Tina! My intention for this full moon is to release old beliefs that are no longer serving me and that I’ve outgrown so I can up level to beliefs that are in alignment with my mission in the world. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

I love the quote by Nin. I’m not one to keep up so much with the signs and what’s going on whenever, but find it fascinating when someone else does and provides an update on a particular time. It does make me wonder what I’ll be bringing into bloom in light of this full moon. Thanks for sharing Tina.

    Tina,
Your blog post came as always at the perfect time. I find myself quite sensitive to the universal energies. My body is like a barometer with the moon phases! I’m ready to release those old beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving me and to step forward and connect to my highest vision of myself and to be on total alignment with my core values and my mission> I’m ready to rock full moon!

I love this Tina! I just spent 4 nights in the desert sleeping under the stars and light of the moon. I got to watch it grow each night and this directly corresponded to the intensity I was experiencing in my daily life with the people and activities I was engaged in. Change is inevitable and when we can consciously invite it into our lives it can really be a rush of delight!
